Every Mini Me is printed and made to order with your face on it, so no two are the same. That's what makes them special. It also means that, as every product is personalised, we can't take one back just because you've changed your mind. (It would only end up sitting on our shelf as a little stranger, looking lost.)

But if something's not right because of us, we'll make it right. Promise.

If we've got it wrong, we'll put it right 🛠️

If your Mini Me arrives damaged, misprinted, or it isn't what you ordered, that's on us, and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.

Just get in touch as soon as you can after it arrives, with:

• your order number
• a photo or two of the problem

One of our real humans will take it from there.

Checking your Mini Me before you buy 📸

You'll see your Mini Me on screen before it goes in your basket, so please take a good look at the face and the outfit before you check out. If a photo is blurry, dark or framed differently from how you'd like, that isn't something we can refund for, but we're always happy to help before you order. Our photo guide has all the tips.

Delivery details 📦

Every order is printed to order and sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel can't be delivered because the delivery details or postcode are wrong, or a work address is closed, any extra charges for sending it again are payable by you. Everything else about delivery is in our shipping policy.
